Sesame: Secure Your Contracts

In parallel with the chia harvest, preparations for the upcoming sesame season are already underway. Sowing in Paraguay will take place over the coming months, with the harvest around the turn of the year – first shipments from the new crop will be available from April 2027.

Important for your planning: In the coming weeks, we will be finalizing the cultivation contracts with our contract farmers. The acreage we contract now determines the volumes available for the 2027 season. If you would like to secure your sesame requirements, now is the ideal time – with an early contract, you lock in volume, quality, and reliable delivery schedules at dependable terms.

Escobar Variety – for the Highest Demands on Flavor

A special note for customers who value an outstanding flavor profile: The Escobar variety stands out with its full, refined taste and is ideally suited for applications where the sesame's sensory qualities take center stage.

Since we grow Escobar specifically to customer demand, the following applies: Contact us early – we will plant the desired quantities individually for you. This way, you receive exactly the quality and volume you need, exclusively from controlled contract farming.

Should you have any questions or wish to receive samples or an individual offer, we are at your disposal at any time.

Chia Harvest 2026 Update

The main chia seed harvest is currently in full swing. Following the weather-challenged 2025 season, crops have developed solidly across most areas this season – even though the weather, with isolated frost events in June and rainfall during the harvest period, has once again shown just how demanding chia cultivation remains.

It is precisely under these conditions that our own presence in Paraguay pays off: As a producer, we oversee the entire chain ourselves – from the field through drying, cleaning, and laboratory analysis to container loading. Every lot is fully analyzed and documented before shipment, ensuring you receive the flawless quality you have come to expect from us.

The first containers have already been shipped, with the main volumes to follow in the coming weeks and months. Some product is still available: Feel free to get in touch to secure your volumes from the 2026 harvest.
